I'd always had a fondness for demented carnival-ware. These 'Circus Punks' or 'Fat Cats' have been a staple in amusement parks throughout the USandA. The set up is quite sadistic, you're to throw 3 - 5 balls at the smiling creatures and if you brain enough in a row you get a prize. I thought I'd take them out of the carnival and let them loose, create a sort of life-form out of them as well as social structure and religion. My father in law loves them and suggested the Three Bad Punks painting.
